About Us

Junior Roller Derby Association Australia (JRDA AUS) aims to represent, promote, develop,
support and provide competitive national and international opportunities for junior athletes,
officials, coaches and members in a safe and inclusive environment for Junior Roller Derby.
 

This will be achieved by:
● Representation: Will seek to represent the Australian Junior Roller Derby community
by collaborating, and partnering with national and international governing bodies or
sporting organisations
● Promotion: Will actively work with the Australian Junior Roller Derby Community to
promote safe and inclusive gameplay, the recognition of Junior Roller Derby as an
important part of community and sport, work with National Governing bodies to
ensure Junior Roller Derby is given the same opportunities as other sports
● Development & Support: Will seek to provide resources, knowledge, and guidance
for the start-up and ongoing management of clubs/leagues.
● Competition: Will seek to be closely aligned with Governing Bodies nationally and
internationally to allow for Australian Junior Roller Derby players to access
competitive opportunities.
